Tech Volunteer Needed: Help Us Organize Our Google Shared Drives

Family Service League is a nonprofit providing mental health counseling, sexual violence response, and family support services in Essex County. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, tech-comfortable volunteer to help us bring clarity and order to our Google Shared Drives so our staff can spend less time searching for files and more time serving our community.

Volunteer Role:

• Reorganize and structure our Google Shared Drives
• Create easy-to-use folder systems and naming conventions
• Help clean up duplicate and outdated files
• Build simple templates or standard folders
• Write basic guidelines so staff can keep things organized
• (Optional) Do a brief staff walkthrough

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable using Google Drive and shared folders
• Love organizing systems and making things more efficient
• Can think about how teams actually use files
• Want to make a behind-the-scenes impact for a mission-driven nonprofit

Time commitment: Flexible, project-based
