    We'll explain our check-in system in-person as it's not that difficult (check a name off a guest list and hand a physical ticket for entry to the patron) and there will be down time.

    The 25th Annual Valley Film Festival Seeks Check-In Volunteers, September 17-21 (in-person)

    The 25th Annual Valley Film Festival is here! We'll be screening indie films, from all over the world, at the Laemmle NoHo 7 theatre, on Lankershim (at Magnolia), September 17-21, 2025, and need patient, outgoing, people persons to check-in guests and filmmakers.

    If you are available for one shift (or more), please let us know. Shifts are 4 hours and we can accommodate partial shifts.

    if you are available and interested, please let us know which one (or more) of the multi-hour shifts listed below (no more than 4 hours at a time) you can volunteer and we'll get you scheduled! (And, yes, in some cases, we can accommodate partial shifts.)
    • Wednesday, September 17: 4pm-8pm
    • Thursday, September 18: 4pm-8pm
    • Friday, September 19: 4pm-8pm; 8pm-10:30pm
    • Saturday, September 20: 11am-3pm; 4:30-6:30, 7:30-9
    • Sunday, September 21: 11am-2pm; 2pm-4pm, 5pm-7pm

    We're easy-going and fun and love meeting like-minded arts lovers. Join us!

    We look forward to hearing from you and the shift/s that you can generously donate your time to volunteering.

    • Saturday September 20, 2025 - 16:30 to 18:30 PST
    • Saturday September 20, 2025 - 19:30 to 21:00 PST
    • Sunday September 21, 2025 - 11:00 to 14:00 PST
    • Sunday September 21, 2025 - 14:00 to 16:00 PST
    • Sunday September 21, 2025 - 17:00 to 19:00 PST
