    • Have software access and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other plumbing design software
    • Ability to create detailed designs of plumbing systems for various projects, including potable water, waste, storm drainage, and fire suppression systems
    • Experience in conducting cost analysis to ensure project feasibility and budget compliance
    • Experience with plumbing design compliance with local, state, and national building codes and standards
    • Strong communication skills in a virtual work setting

    THE TASK

As part of our engineering team, your will play a crucial role in designing sophisticated plumbing systems for our open source Earthbag Village. You will build off of existing work (about 30% done) to complete the potable water, sewage and waste management, stormwater drainage, and fire suppression systems. This role requires a meticulous approach to design and planning, ensuring all systems are not only compliant with current standards, but are also optimized for LEED Platinum sustainability certification.
