Volunteer Opportunity: ManyChat Automation Template Setup

About Embrace Abilities:

Embrace Abilities is a non-profit on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, empowering individuals ages 3–21 with different abilities, their families, and the broader community through inclusive programs and events.

What We Need:

We’re seeking a volunteer to set up automation templates in ManyChat. The goal is to streamline how our community accesses all of our key links—including event/program sign-ups, affiliate links, and other important resources—directly through our Facebook and Instagram pages.

Key Tasks:

• Build and customize ManyChat templates to share sign-up links, affiliate links, and other important resources
• Integrate these links into user-friendly automated chat flows
• Ensure templates are easy for our team to update as new links or campaigns arise
• Provide a simple walkthrough or instructions for ongoing use and updates

Ideal Volunteer:

• Experienced with ManyChat automation (or similar chat tools)
• Tech-savvy and able to work independently
• Can communicate clearly and document processes simply
• Passionate about supporting people with different abilities and their communities
