Teach English in a kindergarten

This is a public-private partnership kindergarten in central Kathmandu. The preschool is run by a group of local women. In the last ten years, we have found that school is the best way to form a community and bring positive changes in a developing city like Kathmandu. We create an environment where kids learn to care about the environment, the cleanliness of their neighborhood, respect and treat everyone equally, and grow to understand the global culture. Language is the most important means to understand global culture and think globally. So we appreciate it if any preschool teacher or intern student is willing to volunteer at our school. Having volunteers from different countries and cultures will help the kids communicate, be more confident, and also expose them to different and interesting approaches to learning. We need a volunteer for at least one month.

Volunteers have to give just 1 - 2 hours each day for 5 - 6 days a week.

If you are working remotely, this is the best way to socialize and take a break from work.

We also have accommodation, which costs USD 400 per month.

We provide breakfast and lunch if they wish to volunteer.
