We're looking for those with a passion for helping others and a desire to make a profound difference in the lives of our patients, families, and communities we are privileged to serve. Heart 'n Home Hospice invites you to donate your time for someone with a life-limiting illness in Central Oregon. Spend as much or as little time as you choose visiting with our hospice patients in your area. Together we can customize a plan that works best for you.

Countless ways to support our hospice patients.

Time can be spent in a patient's home, in a facility where they live, doing yardwork outside of their home, enjoying nature, playing games or music, doing puzzles, reading a prayer or poetry, listening and sharing stories, or simply holding their hand and sitting beside them. All ideas are welcomed. Our volunteers have the opportunity to actively improve one's quality of life just by showing up for them during their difficult time. Please reach out today to learn more.
