Website Designer Volunteer

About the Role

Nuvia Global Foundation is seeking a Website Designer Volunteer to help develop and improve the organization’s website.

This role focuses on creating a clear, visually appealing, and user-friendly website that effectively communicates Nuvia’s mission and programs.

The website will serve as an important platform for:

• sharing the organization’s mission
• informing potential partners and donors
• presenting programs and initiatives
• supporting fundraising and visibility efforts

Responsibilities

• Help design and improve pages on the Nuvia website
• Ensure the website is visually consistent and easy to navigate
• Optimize layout and structure for clarity and readability
• Collaborate with the communications team to update content when needed
• Suggest improvements for user experience and design

Ideal Skills

• UI/UX design in Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of brand systems and typography.
• Eye for color, layout, and emotional storytelling.

Helpful Skills

Experience with one or more of the following:

• WordPress
• Elementor
• basic HTML/CSS (optional)
