Tech People Partner (Volunteer)

Wevise is hiring a Tech People Partner to support and advocate for our technology team. Our tech volunteers are talented people who give their time for free — they deserve someone in their corner. You'll run regular check-ins to see how they're doing, surface blockers and morale issues early, and act as a first point of contact when friction or conflict comes up — helping resolve it directly or escalating when needed. You'll also spot patterns worth acting on and bring them to leadership. This role is dedicated to the tech department only and reports to the CTO. We're looking for someone with genuine empathy and a good heart, plus solid experience working with engineers and technical teams. Minimum commitment: 5–10 hours/week, 6 months+, fully remote, flexible schedule.
