Long-term, reliable involvement preferred. Flexible remote support possible. Volunteers should first get to know the organisation and its values. Regular weekly support is sufficient and may later develop into a paid mini-job or part-time role.

Since much of our work focuses on women and girls, we currently prefer female volunteers. We believe it is important that volunteers first get to know the organisation through participation in our programmes and daily activities.

We are also looking for volunteers who can support fundraising, donor communication, networking, grant research, and the development of sustainable long-term support structures.
As a small grassroots initiative, financial stability is essential for maintaining continuity and reliable everyday support. We are therefore looking for people who understand the importance of trust, credibility, and long-term relationship-building — not fast campaigns or superficial visibility.
