Volunteers Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for volunteers' lead communication on LinkedIn after they accept a connection request.
• Update our CRM to follow up on volunteer candidates.
• Setting up meetings with the volunteer leads, and in synergy with the rest of the HR department.
• Promote volunteer opportunities in different LinkedIn communities.

Requirements

• Prior experience managing LinkedIn profiles for businesses or individuals, especially in lead generation, is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar software to update and track leads effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple connections, meetings, and updates in a timely manner.
• Ensuring accurate updates and tracking of leads and messages in the CRM.
