Purpose:
Support the Disaster Cycle Services team by helping manage vehicles, supplies, and facilities to ensure smooth disaster response and recovery operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with vehicle tracking and maintain fleet records
- Ensure routine maintenance and service records are up to date
- Order and organize supplies and equipment
- Conduct facility inspections and support warehouse operations
- Help with local procurement and storing supplies
- Participate in team meetings and complete assigned tasks
- Follow Red Cross standards, procedures, and reporting tools
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Willingness to follow Red Cross COVID-19 safety policies
- Good organizational skills; reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable attending and contributing to meetings
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling
- Willing to learn resource planning and logistics tools
