?Assist Case Manager with case notes and other documentation
?Make home visits to the client’s home
?Provide transportation as needed
?Must be reliable as this position is very demanding and time commitment is like that of an internship
?Must keep all client information confidential
?Must communication effectively and clearly through translation and interpretation
?Record your service hours. Regularly turn the records in at the end of the month to the ASC office, which needs them for their quarterly evaluation of clients’ progress.
