Key Responsibilities

• Help plan and execute creative social media campaigns
• Manage and monitor platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Promote programs, events, and initiatives to increase awareness and engagement
• Support website updates and online content management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding across platforms
• Share fresh ideas to grow our online community and reach
• Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, reach, etc.)
• Help create simple performance reports to improve future content

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms
• Creative thinker with an eye for engaging content
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Teens and students exploring careers in marketing or communications
• Aspiring content creators and digital storytellers
• Anyone passionate about women’s empowerment and social impact
