Volunteer at the Senior Center of Boulder City

Looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community? The Senior Center of Boulder City is currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate volunteers to join our team! We have a few key roles we’re hoping to fill at this time:

🍽️ Friday Kitchen Helper

Help prep meals for our seniors in a warm, friendly environment.

• Time: Fridays, from 8am to 1pm (timeframe is flexible as needed)
• Requirements: Valid Nevada Food Handlers Card (we're happy to assist you in getting one!)
• Teamwork and a good attitude is a must - we’ll provide the rest!

🪑 Wednesday Dining Room Assistant

Support our dining room operations by helping set up, serve lunch, and clean up after meal.

• Time: Wednesdays, from 10am to 1pm
• Great for someone who enjoys working directly with people and making mealtimes special.

🚗 Backup Meals on Wheels Driver

Help ensure no senior goes without a meal!

• Schedule: As-needed basis — you’ll be on call when regular drivers are unavailable
• Requires a valid driver's license, valid insurance coverage, a background check and a caring heart.

Whether you can give a few hours or a few days, your time makes a difference. Volunteering at the Senior Center is not only rewarding — it’s fun, social, and deeply appreciated.
