Social Media Manager

The Blaque Script is a youth-led creative writing collective dedicated to uplifting Black voices through storytelling, poetry, and artistic expression. We are currently in our early stages and are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and build engagement across platforms.

In this role, you will help create, plan, and manage content for our social media accounts (such as Instagram and TikTok). Responsibilities may include designing posts, writing captions, sharing writing prompts, posting updates, and engaging with comments and messages. You will also help brainstorm content ideas and contribute to shaping the overall voice and aesthetic of The Blaque Script online.

We are looking for someone who is creative, consistent, and familiar with social media platforms. Prior experience is not required, but an understanding of content trends, strong communication skills, and a willingness to experiment with ideas are important.

This is a great opportunity for students interested in social media, marketing, communications, or digital storytelling to gain hands-on experience while helping grow a youth-led creative platform from the ground up.
