Be the Bridge Between Donors and Families

Do you enjoy connecting with other generous community members? Join us as a Donation Acceptance Volunteer and be the first point of contact for people dropping off donations at our Donation Center.

In this role, you'll greet donors, accept and sort incoming donations, and help maintain a welcoming and organized donation center. Part of your shift involves greeting donors outside at the drop-off area, so you'll want to dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes.

This role is perfect for outgoing individuals and works well for small groups (up to 3 people volunteering together).

What makes someone great in this role:

• Enjoys meeting and chatting with others
• Comfortable with light physical work (lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, twisting)
• Available 2-3 times per month on Tuesday mornings
