RaisingHealth is hosting our 11th annual Health Empowerment Celebration on Saturday, September 19th from 12pm - 3:30pm at Sunset Park Center Lawn.
During this annual event, we host cultural performances, art activities, health screenings, and resource tabling from over 40 partner organizations, and serve hundreds of community members over the course of several hours. You can see photos from our 2025 Health Empowerment Celebration here.
Such a large event, of course, cannot happen without the support of all of our wonderful volunteers. Please see the attached flyer for additional information on volunteer opportunities.

During this annual event, we host cultural performances, art activities, health screenings, and resource tabling from over 40 partner organizations, and serve hundreds of community members over the course of several hours. You can see photos from our 2025 Health Empowerment Celebration here.
Such a large event, of course, cannot happen without the support of all of our wonderful volunteers. Please register to volunteer at bit.ly/hecvolunteer2026. Volunteers for morning, afternoon, and all-day shifts will receive a free t-shirt and lunch!
