VOLUNTEER OUTREACH DIRECTOR NEEDED - Clean Choices Together (CCT)

Are you passionate about STEM innovation, environmental sustainability, and businesses? Clean Choices Together (CCT) is currently looking for two individuals to join our Executive Board as Directors of Outreach. If you or someone you know might be interested in leading a youth-led organization advocating for environmental sustainability, we would we would love to hear from you!

About Us:

Clean Choices Together is a youth-led nonprofit that helps small businesses reduce their environmental impact by promoting sustainable packaging practices and AI data-driven waste awareness. Our initiatives include:

• The Waste Estimation Model - an AI-powered tool build on data that helps businesses measure their packaging waste contributions
• The EcoClean Packs - free kits offering eco-friendly packaging samples to small businesses
• CCT to Inspire Podcast - where small businesses motivate the next generation of young entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams and share their stories.
• Small Biz Spotlight - celebrating small bussinesses and their persepctives on eco-friendly practices

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking two Directors of Outreach who is passionate about environmental sustainability, entrepreneurship, STEM, and/or community engagement. No prior experience is required, but is appreciated. We welcome all applicants from any background!

Executive Director of Outreach 1 Responsibilities:

• Reach out to and build strong relationships with small businesses, environmental advocates, and sustainability leaders
• Introduce and guide them toward CCT opportunities such as the Small Biz Spotlight, To Inspire Podcast, and EcoClean Pack
• Register them as official CCT members
• Recruit new volunteers to support outreach and engagement efforts
• Lead and collaborate with outreach team volunteers, providing guidance and direction
• Onboard outreach volunteers and assign them to roles supporting either Director of Outreach 1 or Director of Outreach 2, based on interests and needs

Executive Director of Outreach 2 Responsibilities:

• Recruit new members and ambassadors to grow the CCT network
• Manage the ambassador onboarding process
• Ensure ambassadors maintain a chapter member spreadsheet and that all members are registered through the CCT website
• Conduct monthly check-ins with ambassadors to provide support and monitor progress
• Support ambassador-led chapter growth and help guide local engagement efforts
• Lead and collaborate with outreach team volunteers assigned from Director of Outreach 1
