Maya’s Hope is seeking responsible, detail-oriented volunteers to assist with fundraising appeal and donation collection during our Lotus Ball gala.
This role supports a key fundraising moment of the evening by helping guests participate in the giving process and ensuring donations are collected accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with distributing and collecting donation pledge cards.
- Provide guests with information about the donation process.
- Help organize and track collected pledge cards.
- Coordinate with the fundraising team to ensure donations are securely transferred to authorized staff.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling donor information.
Ideal Volunteer
Someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable interacting with donors, and attentive to detail. Previous fundraising or event experience is helpful but not required.
Volunteer Impact
Support the successful collection of donations that help Maya’s Hope continue its mission of improving the lives of children in need.
