Custom Wig World 4 Kids, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to restoring hope and confidence to children experiencing medical hair loss through cranial prosthetics, medical wigs, and counseling support. We partner with salons, medical offices, and community organizations to expand our mission and impact.

Role Overview

• We are seeking a compassionate and personable Outreach & Telephone Coordinator (Volunteer) to help us introduce CWW4Kids to organizations, medical offices, and salons. This role is focused on phone-based outreachsharing our mission, requesting contact emails, and paving the way for our team to follow up with more detailed information.

Key Responsibilities

• Make introductory phone calls to salons, medical offices, and community organizations.
• Clearly and warmly communicate the mission and programs of CWW4Kids.
• Request email addresses or best contact info to send follow-up materials.
• Record outreach results in our tracking system.
• Provide feedback to the leadership team on outreach progress.
• Represent CWW4Kids with professionalism, positivity, and compassion.

Skills & Qualifications

• Friendly, professional phone presence
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and introducing nonprofit programs
• Organized and able to track calls and results accurately
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Passion for helping children and supporting a meaningful mission
