We are seeking a Volunteer Success & Operations Coordinator to help onboard, support, and retain this growing global team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead volunteer onboarding and orientation
• Maintain volunteer role descriptions and update needs across teams
• Match volunteers to the right teams based on skills & availability
• Support leads in scheduling, communication, and workflows
• Track engagement and help create a positive volunteer experience
• Organize recognition, appreciation, and retention efforts
