Brighter Future Cares (BFC) is a nonprofit organization focused on youth development, leadership, education, and community impact. We partner with schools to provide meaningful after-school programming that supports students socially, emotionally, and academically.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and engaging Club Advisor to lead after-school clubs at a private school partner. This is a paid, part-time position with a consistent weekly schedule.

Current Openings

• Lego Builders Club
• 📅 Mondays | 🕓 4:00–5:00 PM
• Team Impact Club Advisor
• 📅 Fridays | 🕓 4:00–5:00 PM

(Candidates may apply for one or both days.)

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly club meetings
• Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Support teamwork, leadership, and positive behavior
• Take basic attendance and communicate any issues

Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with children or teens
• Dependable and consistent
• Enjoys hands-on, interactive activities
• Background in education, youth work, or mentoring a plus
