We urgently need MEL support to strengthen our evidence base and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities
- Develop MEL tools and data systems
- Support data cleaning, analysis, and dashboards
- Prepare MEL reports and learning briefs
- Conduct baseline/endline assessments (Consultant)
Compensation Options
- Volunteer: 5–10 hrs/week
This role is currently offered as a volunteer position. However, Paraklet Inc. anticipates upcoming funding opportunities, and the position is expected to transition into a paid consultancy or full‑time role contingent upon award. Candidates who join now will be given priority consideration for the paid role once funding is secured.
