Volunteer Role Overview

We are seeking a Volunteer Business Outreach Caller to help contact businesses and ask if they would be interested in supporting Noah Career Coaching through small community donations or sponsorships.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, supporting nonprofit work, and helping make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities

• Call local businesses using a provided script
• Ask businesses if they would consider making a small donation to support our nonprofit programs
• Leave voicemails when needed
• Document call results in our CRM system (HubSpot)
• Record notes such as call outcomes, follow-up requests, and contact information
• Maintain a polite and professional attitude during all calls

Time Commitment

• Flexible schedule
• Volunteers can contribute as little as 2–5 hours per week

Requirements

• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Comfortable making phone calls
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to document call results accurately
• Passion for helping others succeed in their careers
