Reiki Volunteer

Reiki uses healing energy to provide comfort and relaxation to patients and helps to relieve anxiety and pain. When used in conjunction with clinical interventions, it can lead to a higher quality of life and enhance patient care. Reiki Practitioners are urgently needed to provide in-person visits. Hackensack Meridian Hospice provides a special type of healthcare to those suffering from a life-limiting illness.

The commitment is about 1 hour a week based on your schedule and within a manageable commute. Orientation is free of charge. Must provide proof of certification. For more information, contact Hospice.Volunteer@HMHN.org.
