With one hour a week you could change a life...

Agape Hospice care is looking for volunteers to help out by visiting a patient 1 time per week for 1 hour visits or we need office help if admin work is your thing. ask about our college interneships we offer for some degree's.

How do I get started?

1. fill out an application
2. Sign a sheet to consent to a background check. (we pay for that)
3. Get a TB test = we do them for free at our office. M-F 10-4
4. Take 9 on line training courses from Relias.
5. Meet for an orientation
6. meet your patient or come to the office to help.

This opprotunity is wonderful for college students, retired men or women, veterans, anyone with a big heart looking to give back. No medical background needed. We train. No hands on care, you would just sit with a patient and talk, read, play music.
