    About LandSeed

LandSeed is a non-profit committed to reimagining entry-level housing for future generations. Our goal is to create inclusive communities where homeownership is accessible for all, and everyone has the opportunity to build a stable, fulfilling future. At LandSeed, we create solutions for the Canadian housing crisis by collaborating with communities and industry partners to identify barriers and create real pathways to homeownership.

    Our Commitment

We are driven to uplift those in housing ownership need, including first-time homebuyers, seniors, immigrants, single parents, environmentalists, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Our vision is to pioneer data-driven designs and value structures for entry-level housing across Canada.

    Job Description

LandSeed is seeking a Senior Operations & Administrative Coordinator to drive high-level coordination across our strategic industry partnerships, community development events, and digital housing intake platforms. This role serves as the central administrative bridge between strategic leadership (Tier 1 Advisory) and project execution (Tier 2 Operations). The ideal candidate will keep senior partners aligned, enforce deliverable schedules, and manage the administrative logistics for our major community housing initiatives without getting bogged down in field construction or software coding.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-ups across our roster of 10 executive industry partners (including healthcare operators, gerontology advisors, engineering leads, and development consultants).
    • Organize, structure, and document deliverables for projects, including stakeholder agendas, meeting synthesis, and partner feedback routing.
    • Convert meeting outcomes into clear action tracking boards, using Monday.com to provide weekly progress visibility to executive leadership.
    • Audit, index, and organize project repositories, ensuring B2B proposals, partner agreements, and feasibility reports are up to date and accessible.

    Required skills and qualifications

    Experience & Qualifications

    • 10+ years in project management, corporate administration, public sector coordination, or senior operations management.
    • Bachelor's degree or College or Diploma in related fields.

    Skillsets

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for senior industry executives, healthcare leadership, and municipal partners.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder schedules, track action items, and enforce project deadlines.
    • Comfortable with standard office productivity suites, digital calendars, document sharing (Google Workspace/Dropbox), and basic project tracking dashboards (Monday.com).
    • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. Ideal for a seasoned professional or retiree seeking a structured, high-impact consulting role.

    Engagement Terms

    • 3-Month Initial Contract (with potential for extension based on project phases).
    • Time Commitment approx. 15 to 20 hours per week.
    • Hybrid (Central Ottawa office presence on Preston/Carling for key coordination meetings, with remote flexibility).
