Create a volunteer profile with CERVIS at the following link: HomeFirst volunteer application
Once you have created your profile, log in here: HomeFirst CERVIS volunteer login
Complete and sign the Volunteer Application. If you will be serving food, you will also need to complete and sign the Civil Rights Annual Training. To locate these, navigate to: Volunteer Portal Home page --> Profile Management --> Click on “View Posted Documents” --> select the document(s) you need --> click on Download Selected Documents. There is also a "Getting Started with CERVIS" Guide for volunteers that we recommend you review.
When you have completed signing your required documents, you can upload the signature pages of your documents to your profile. Go to the Home page > under Profile Management > click on “Upload File Attachments” > choose your file and upload to your profile. Files should appear listed under Uploaded File Attachments. If you cannot locate where to upload the completed documents, you may also send them to volunteer@homefirstscc.org.
When you have completed these steps, e-mail volunteer@homefirstscc.org to request your account be unlocked to allow registrations. You may then review volunteer listings and apply through CERVIS.
