Put a Smile on a Senior's face, donate your time!

Volunteers are needed to spend time with our hospice patients.

We at Enhabit are looking for compassionate, caring volunteers to spend time with our patients. Seniors are left alone a lot of the time and they LOVE when people come visit them! They love to play games, have someone to watch their favorite TV show with, and if they are mobile, they love to go for walks or simply have someone just listen to their stories! They want someone to share their final months, weeks or (in some cases) - days with and we want people with a nurturing nature to give them that most basic of needs, human contact. You would spend time with the patients talking, listening, or any of the things listed above.

Our offices are in the S. Houston and Woodlands area but we have patients all over the Greater Houston Area, Clear Lake, Webster, Pasadena, Deer Park, LaPorte, Galleria, Sugarland, Richmond and The Woodlands. The training would be done in our Pasadena office, but the opportunity would be in any of the locations listed above - you decide where you want to dedicate your service!

Due to the nature of the patients’ conditions each volunteer will be required to go through training to be able to volunteer with us. The process to become a volunteer takes a little bit but the reward of giving your time to these patients is beyond measure. You have the opportunity to put a smile on the face of someone who is has very limited time. Won't you be that person?
