About IM3:20

IM3:20 (Immeasurably More 3:20) is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to helping people navigate faith, healing, and identity in a broken world. Through our online platforms, podcast (Not Yet Christian), and IM3:20 App, we provide emotional health resources, spiritual encouragement, and community support to individuals who are struggling to find peace or hope in challenging seasons.

Our mission is rooted in Ephesians 3:20 — we believe God can do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine, and we want to help others experience that truth through prayer, compassion, and practical tools for emotional and spiritual growth.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking compassionate and faith-filled Volunteer Prayer Leaders to help spread hope and encouragement through prayer, conversation, and outreach. This role is ideal for someone with a heart for ministry and a desire to bring emotional and spiritual comfort to people who may be going through difficult times — such as those waiting for medical results, facing uncertainty, or navigating high-stress environments.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Call high-stress environments with waiting rooms (such as medical offices, car dealerships, community spaces as appropriate)and explain our mission/ask if we can provide IM3:20 prayer cards to leave in their waiting areas.
• Distribute(headquarters could also mail) IM3:20 prayer cards that include our nonprofit information and a QR code/link to download the IM3:20 App
• Attend IM3:20 weekly prayer calls
• Respond to prayer requests;
  • Acknowledge prayer requests and encourage individuals to explore the free IM3:20 resources available to them.
  • Offer a kind word, a prayer, or scripture-based encouragement to those in need of hope.
  • Follow up on prayer requests.
• Help develop IM3:20's prayer team.

Remote Opportunity

This role is primarily remote and flexible. Volunteers can mail prayer cards or make calls from home. If based near Pittsburgh, occasional in-person outreach opportunities may be available.

• Has a strong Christian faith and a heart for prayer and encouragement
• Is compassionate, empathetic, and comfortable offering prayer to others
• Is aligned with IM3:20’s mission to support emotional health through faith
• Can communicate kindly and respectfully in both written and spoken form
• Is reliable and willing to serve consistently, even in small ways
