Role:

Friendly Visitor & Social Communications

(Write letters, phone support, help with emails)

What You’ll Do:

• Enjoy friendly visits with Participant, a lovely resident who would love your company.
• Help go through mail and possibly join her for short walks.
• Offer companionship and conversation that brightens her day!

About Participant:

• Visually impaired and uses a walker.
• On continuous oxygen and has some cognitive impairment.
• Loves consistency and appreciates someone who understands her needs.

Ideal Volunteer:

• Female preferred
• Friendly, patient, and reliable.
• Comfortable supporting someone with vision and cognitive challenges.
