2026 Gold Women’s Health & Business Awards Gala – Volunteers

Volunteers are needed for the 2026 Gold Women’s Health & Business Awards Gala, an evening dedicated to honoring women making a difference in leadership, entrepreneurship, and business innovation. Volunteers will help ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience for attendees.

🕔 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (event time)

📍 Mercy University – Manhattan Campus, 47 West 34th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10001

Volunteer Roles / Responsibilities:

• Setup (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM): Prepare tables, signage, programs, gift bags, and event materials.
• Registration / Event Support (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM): Check in attendees, manage guest list, distribute programs.
• Gift Bags: Assemble and distribute gift bags to attendees.
• Clean-up (9:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Assist with logistics and break down tables/materials.

Shifts:

• Shift 1: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Setup / Early Event Support)
• Shift 2: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Event Support / Clean-up)
