Child Sponsorship Coordinator

Mayambala Orphanage Centre supports vulnerable children and struggling families with food, education, and emotional care. As we grow, we want to build a strong, transparent, and personal sponsorship program that connects children with caring supporters around the world.

We are seeking a Child Sponsorship Coordinator to help us manage sponsor relationships, share updates, and ensure every child’s story is told with dignity and hope.

What You’ll Do

• Help match children with potential sponsors
• Communicate with sponsors through email and messages
• Prepare simple child updates (photos, progress notes, stories)
• Maintain accurate records of sponsored children
• Support the development of a clear sponsorship system
• Suggest ideas to improve sponsor engagement and retention

Who You Are

• Passionate about children and community development
• Organized, reliable, and good at communication
• Skilled in writing, storytelling, or relationship management
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with our director
• Someone who believes every child deserves a chance to thrive
