The Volunteer Donor Relations & Outreach Associate plays a foundational, long-term role in securing the financial future of YourPassion1st. You will be responsible for consistently stewarding and cultivating relationships with our financial supporters, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and connected to our mission. How You Can Help

Donor Stewardship and Retention

• Relationship Maintenance: Systematically maintain regular, personalized contact with existing donors (individuals and corporations) through phone calls, thank you emails, and tailored updates.
• Personalized Communications: Draft and send customized thank-you letters and emails following donations, ensuring accurate acknowledgement and gratitude.
• Impact Reporting: Assist in preparing and distributing concise updates or "impact reports" that show donors exactly how their contributions are empowering young adults.

Outreach and Cultivation

• Prospect Research: Research and identify potential new individual, corporate, or foundation donors whose philanthropic goals align with YourPassion1st’s mission.
• Initial Outreach: Execute professional, engaging initial outreach to new prospects to introduce them to our organization and mission.
• Networking Support: Support the team's networking efforts by tracking and scheduling follow-up meetings with potential long-term supporters.
