Team Assignment: Programing

Reporting To: Volunteer Manager

Other Working Relationships: Other volunteer greeters

Purpose: To greet guests and make them feel welcome at the Park

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service while answering guest's questions
• Have knowledge, through training, of Park facilities and attractions; be able to give directions within the Park
• Ensure there aren't too many guests trying to enter a location at a time
• Be aware of Park rules and alert Park staff to infractions
• Take initiative to assist guests as needed

Training Required and Qualifications: BSP Volunteer Orientation

Evaluations: Done as needed

Location and Work Environment: Multiple locations throughout the Park

Attire: BSP-issued volunteer shirt and name tag
