- What Our Translation Team Does
As a member of our Translation Team, you will:
- Translate written lessons into Nigerian Pidgin to make them accessible to more students.
- Provide cultural insight and feedback to ensure our stories are relatable and easy to understand for learners from different backgrounds.
- What You Will Gain
- You will develop a rare and marketable skill- writing for children means mastering clarity and age-appropriate tone in two languages
- You'll learn to localize, not just translate, developing deep cultural adaptation instincts that set you apart from word-for-word translators.
- You'll build a standout portfolio of varied, engaging educational content that demonstrates your range far better than corporate documents ever could.
- You'll sharpen your craft through the discipline of children's content, where there's no jargon to hide behind — just clear, precise language that makes you better across all your work.
- You'll do work that visibly matters, contributing real learning content to children in communities that rarely get quality resources in their language.
- You'll grow as a professional, not just a linguist, building project management and collaboration skills that make you more valuable to every client you work with.
If you’re excited about making education more accessible and inclusive, we encourage you to apply here https://forms.gle/HTCWBRixXo9gJj2o7
