The order fulfillment specialist goes to the equipment storage location at Atrium Myers Park clinic on their day. Once there, he/she unlocks the storage room, takes out the requested equipment (e.g., manual wheelchair, shower chair, etc.) , scans the barcode using the Assist ME phone, marks it with the patient’s name and puts it in the nearby Equipment Pickup Room. They then call the patient or case manager to inform them that the equipment is ready for pickup. Their are about 8 orders each day to fulfil.

Enter through the door facing the parking on East Blvd and go about 200 ft straight down the hall, following the ceiling signs pointing to Assist M.E.. We are where Medical Records used to be. Follow the signs to Assist M.E. and you will see a door with the sign: Assist ME Equipment Drop off/ Pick up. In that room pick up or drop off the equipment.
