We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Property Specialist to help acquire donated properties for hosting community programs in Chicago. This role is ideal for someone passionate about real estate and community development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential properties for donation or acquisition.
• Collaborate with property owners, donors, and stakeholders to secure property agreements.
• Provide expertise in evaluating properties for suitability and program hosting potential.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Chicago’s real estate landscape is a plus.
