About the Participant

An adult resident of an Adult Family Home is seeking a faith‑based companion volunteer to provide spiritual presence and support. The participant spends much of their day in prayer and finds comfort and meaning through spiritual practice. While they attend church weekly and receive communion at home, they would deeply value additional visitors to pray with and sit in quiet spiritual companionship.

What the Volunteer Will Do

• • Sit with the participant in prayer
  • Offer spiritual companionship and presence
  • Support faith practices in a calm, respectful manner
  • Provide comfort through shared prayer and gentle conversation (as welcomed)

• • The home environment has been confirmed as safe for in‑person visits
  • Visits will be coordinated through the Adult Family Home
