Role Summary

The Project Evaluator will lead the monitoring and evaluation of the Menstruation Is Power (MIP) Project in Haiti. The role is responsible for assessing project implementation, measuring outcomes and impact, collecting and analyzing data, and providing recommendations to strengthen program effectiveness and inform future interventions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans aligned with the project's objectives.
• Design and administer data collection tools, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observation methods.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to measure project outcomes and impact.
• Monitor project indicators and evaluate progress against established targets and timelines.
• Prepare evaluation reports highlighting findings, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Work closely with project staff and stakeholders to support evidence-based decision-making and continuous learning.
• Present evaluation findings to project leadership and contribute to project planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, International Development, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project monitoring and evaluation, preferably within nonprofit or community development programs.
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks and using qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong data analysis and report writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and data collection or analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of menstrual health, gender equality, public health, or community-based programs is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Haitian Creole or French is an added advantage.
