Administrative Volunteer

Interested in supporting the clinical and administrative team for Capital Caring Health in Aldie, VA? We have the perfect volunteer opportunity.

What You Will Do:

• Administrative Volunteers provide essential clerical and organizational support
• Volunteers will have their own desk within a beautiful office and surrounded around hospice professionals who value your dedication.
• Warmly welcome visitors and direct them to the proper staff member
• Support staff with document preparation, copying
• Assemble paperwork packets and supply bags for home patients

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately
• Friendly, reliable, and willing to learn
• Previous administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required

Flexible Scheduling: Volunteer during daytime business hours, Monday-Friday. Volunteer hours will fit around your work, school, or personal commitments. A shift is normally done in 2-4-hour increments. We ask for a 1-year commitment with 2 shifts per month.

Must be 18 years old or older.

We provide wonderful training and support.
