Development Committee Member

General Purpose:

A standing Board committee focused on advancing the Village's mission by leading and supporting all fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and community partnership development.

May Include:

• Developing and shaping the Village's fundraising plan, including goals, donor outreach, sponsorships, and campaign strategies
• Identifying and building relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and community partners who can support the Village
• Tracking fundraising progress and reviewing what is working well or may need to be ajdusted
• Supporting the planning and coordinationg of fundraising efforts and campaigns to ensure they are organized and effective
• Strengthening connections in the community that help grow awareness and long-term support for the Village
• Participating in subcommittees or focused working groups as needed for specific initiatives or events
