Role Summary:

The Volunteer Lead for Licensed Childcare Providers oversee and supports child-sitting volunteers, ensuring all activities meet licensing and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee volunteer child-sitting staff and ensure compliance with licensing requirements
• Maintain child-to-staff ratios and safety protocols
• Serve as liaison between childcare staff and program leadership
• Volunteer once a month for 4 hours

Qualifications:

• Active childcare license or certification required in MD or DC
• Experience in early childhood education or childcare management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must live in Maryland or District of Columbia, Washington
• Ability to meet possible 2-4 times a month in person
