BeYOUtiful is seeking a passionate, organized, and proactive Volunteer Coordinator (Volunteer) to manage and grow our volunteer program. This key leadership role will oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and recognition, ensuring that our volunteers are empowered to support BeYOUtiful’s mission effectively.

This is a volunteer leadership role requiring a 2-year commitment to maintain consistency, program growth, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train volunteers to support organizational programs and events
• Develop and maintain volunteer schedules and assignments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, providing guidance and support
• Recognize and appreciate volunteer contributions to foster engagement and retention
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to identify volunteer needs across programs
• Track volunteer participation, hours, and program impact metrics

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, manage, and inspire volunteers
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with volunteer management or community engagement preferred
• Passion for empowering women and underserved communities
