As an unpaid, volunteer HR Generalist at Season to Soar, you will manage a diverse range of projects and tasks related to human resources. You play a vital role in supporting various HR initiatives, communicating with internal stakeholders, and collaborating with other committees to address their HR needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide variety of projects and tasks related to human resources.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding volunteers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Develop and manage policies and procedures to enhance organizational operations, particularly related to human resources.
• Create and distribute communications for internal stakeholders to keep them informed about HR-related matters.
• Work closely with other committees to understand and address their short- and long-term HR needs.

Time Commitment:

Estimated commitment of 2 hours per week executing projects in addition to a 30 minute weekly committee meeting. This position has a term length of 1 year.

• Strong organizational skills to manage HR-related projects and tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field preferred.
