Role Description

This is a volunteer, remote role for a UX/UI Design Course Instructor. The primary responsibilities include developing and delivering course content, facilitating engaging and hands-on learning experiences for students, and mentoring participants. Instructors will implement design frameworks, guide learners in applying concepts to real-world scenarios, and provide support to foster creativity and skill growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design Thinking and an ability to guide students through creative problem-solving methods
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design to create and structure effective learning materials
• Strong Teaching and Training abilities to mentor and motivate students in enhancing their skills
• Ability to effectively communicate design principles and foster collaborative learning environments
• Passion for education, social impact, and empowering diverse communities
• Prior experience in UX/UI design or related industry experience is preferred
