Become a Veteran Hospice Volunteer with SouthernCare New Beacon Hospice in Anniston, AL.
We’re proud participants in the “We Honor Veterans” program, and we’re looking for dedicated volunteers — especially fellow Veterans — to join our team. You’ll help us honor and support Veterans at the end of life through special activities, companionship, and meaningful pinning ceremonies.
Volunteer Opportunities Include:
- Veteran-to-Veteran visits
- Assisting with “We Honor Veterans” pinning ceremonies
- Direct patient social visits and companionship
- Office administrative support
- Respite visits for caregivers
