Grants Team Co-Lead

Army Pink is seeking an experienced nonprofit professional with strong grant writing and fundraising experience to help co-lead our Grants Team. This is a leadership volunteer role for someone who understands the nonprofit funding landscape and can help guide our grant strategy, support grant writers, review proposals, identify funding opportunities, and strengthen our overall grants process.

The ideal candidate has significant experience with nonprofit organizations and grant writing, including researching funders, developing proposals, interpreting grant requirements, and managing grant submissions. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills are essential.

This volunteer will work closely with Army Pink’s leadership and fundraising team to help build a strong, organized, and effective grants program that supports the growth of Freedom Rides, the Wellness Portal, and our work supporting survivors of domestic violence.

Experience Required:

• Significant nonprofit experience
• Strong grant writing experience
• Grant research and funder research experience
• Experience reviewing or developing grant proposals
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and provide guidance to other volunteers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
