SUPPORT STAFF VOLUNTEERS

Our Support Staff Volunteers are critical to the success of each project. They ensure the projects run smoothly, that all attendees have a great experience, and that meals are packed and delivered to where they are most needed. Register today to be part of this incredible event.

We need volunteers for Set-Up and Break Down Support!

As part of the set-up team, you will help prepare the venue for event day. Responsibilities may include: setting up packing stations and materials, organizing supplies and inventory, assisting with signage and directional setup, and supporting logistics teams and staff leads. This is a hands-on role that helps ensure a smooth and successful event on September 11.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

• SET UP Shift on Thursday, September 10: 10:00am - 2:00pm

TIME COMMITMENT

• A 30-minute Zoom training (scheduled one week before the event on Wednesday, September 2)
• Approximately 4 hours on September 10
