Detalhes
Descrição
Are you a compassionate senior looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? Join the AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program and help shape the future, one child at a time.
As a Foster Grandparent volunteer, you'll serve as a mentor, tutor, and positive role model to children in local schools, Head Start centers, early childhood programs, libraries, after-school programs, and other nonprofits that support youth. This is a unique opportunity to share your time, skills, and life experience to help children learn, grow, and thrive. Opportunities are available in Coconino, La Paz, Maricopa, Mohave, Pima, Pinal, Yavapai, and Yuma counties.
Details:
- Make a lasting difference in the lives of children while discovering purpose and connection
- Serve between 5 to 35 hours per week
- Receive a modest tax-free stipend, training, accident insurance, and other benefits
No teaching experience is necessary—just a heart to serve and a desire to inspire the next generation.
Help bring joy, hope, and encouragement to young lives. Volunteer today as a Foster Grandparent!
